The Lion Energy Cub Go is a lightweight and rugged AC power bank with multiple ports to power a wide variety of devices. It also has USB and 12V outputs and can be carried on an airplane.

You can charge your DSLR Camera 9 hours, iPhone 18 hours, Laptop 1.3 hours, LED TV 1 hour, Lamp 20 hours, Drone 2 hours or any other USB device such as gaming units, tablets, wireless speakers, USB power projectors, etc. Charge times may vary.

The Cub GO has 120Wh of power output. To calculate how long the Cub GO can power a device, use this formula: Wh / W = Estimated Run Time.

For example, if your device draws 25 watts then the Cub GO would power it for just over 4 hours (120 / 25 = 4.8).

It will maintain its charge for 3 - 6 months without having to charge it. This is known as shelf life or storage life. However, we recommend using it more frequently – on the go, at home or play, or anywhere you need power.

AC stands for Alternating Current and is sometimes referred to as a power supply. An AC outlet is usually a standard electrical outlet found in homes and is 15A (amps). AC electric outlet converts the AC electrical current from the wall outlet to power what gets plugged into it.

This is the charging port that all the new phones are using. All Android phones will be switching to this type of plug. It is able to handle more power. Lion Energy added this port so that the Cub GO will be on the leading edge of technology for years to come.

The AC power on the Cub GO is not automatically turned on when you plug something into it. It needs to be turned on by pressing and holding the AC power button on top of the GO for 2 - 3 seconds. When it is on, the blue indicator light on the AC button will be illuminated.

This is an indicator of how fully charged your Cub GO is.

  • 1st blinking blue light - ~10%
  • 1 light on, 2nd blinking - 10%-20%
  • 2 lights on, 3rd blinking - 20%-30%
  • 3 lights on, 4th blinking - 30%-40%
  • 4 lights on, 5th blinking - 40%-50%
  • 5 lights on, 6th blinking - 50%-60%
  • 6 lights on, 7th blinking - 60%-70%
  • 7 lights on, 8th blinking - 70%-80%
  • 8 lights on, 9th blinking - 80%-90%
  • 9 lights on 10th blinking - 90%-100%
  • 10 lights - 100%

The USB output is turned on by pressing the Power Indicator button on top of the Cub GO, just above the USB output. Some devices have super low charging watts through the AC port. The Cub GO may turn itself off if less than 5W are required by the device for charging.

Press the power on indicator button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the LED flashlight. There are 3 modes of the LED light -- Normal light, Strobe light, and SOS, which can be toggled from one to another by pressing the button.
