The Taser X2 Provides Twice the Capacity
The TASER® X2 Professional Series is a revolutionary design for shooting stun guns. It features two cartridges (which can be independently controlled to meet police standards) to provide an immediately available back-up shot.
The new dual laser sight and LED flashlight accurately display where each probe in a cartridge will be launched – removing any guesswork when firing.
The X2 employs a Central Information Display (CID) that indicates its power level, cartridge type and status, and it will alert the user if any problems are diagnosed.
To help deter bad guys from escalating a conflict, an electrical arc can be discharged as a warning even when cartridges are loaded.
The Taser X2 can also be used as a contact stun gun, offering added insurance in close encounters. It’s the only Taser that can engage contact stun while loaded and without firing.
When probes are launched, the X2’s Pulse Calibration System delivers the precise amount of electrical charge needed for incapacitation by recalibrating and self-adjusting almost 20 times every second.
This ensures the full amount of electricity is connecting with the assailant and not being interrupted by clothing, which can reduce its effectiveness.
The Performance Power Magazine (PPM) included with the Taser X2 Professional Series provides improved power consumption and can be used for up to 500 five-second firings.
The IPX2-rated weatherproofing offers better resistance to rain and humidity, and the high-impact polymer housing assures a long life and true durability.
The X2 features an ambidextrous safety switch to prevent accidental discharges, and an integrated LED flashlight to illuminate dark environments.
