Beef chunks are packaged in 19-serving Metallyte™ pouches, with a nitrogen flush and an oxygen absorber in each pouch to remove as much residual oxygen as possible, ensuring a long (10-15 years) shelf life. Pouches are easy to open, resealable, and they stand upright on your shelf or countertop.
