Warranties for Streetwise Security Products
Below is the policy we follow for all products that we offer from Streetwise Security Products, Inc. This is the official Streetwise Products Warranty, as found on their website.

Defective Products
Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or credit during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period of time:
- Police Force Brand Stun Guns and Stun Batons: Lifetime
- Most Other Police Force Brand Products: Lifetime
- Streetwise Brand Stun Guns and Stun Batons: Lifetime
- All Other Streetwise Brand Products: One Year
- Most Other Products: 90 Days
All defective returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Contact Knight Owl Survival Store for an RMA#. No returns can be accepted without a pre-approved RMA#.
Warranty Return Shipping Info
The shipping cost to return the product will be paid by the customer. The shipping cost to send the customer the replacement product(s) will be paid by us. When returning the product, we recommend that it be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If using the postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If using UPS, you can use regular ground service; insurance will not be needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value.
Damaged Items / Missing Items / Incorrect Items:
If you receive an order that has been damaged, or items are missing from the order, or incorrect items have been sent, you must report the issue to Knight Owl Survival Store within three business days after receipt of the order. Any claim after three business days will be void.
Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Often, items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts, instructions, and accessories must be included in order to receive a full credit.
Exchange Policy:
We can accept certain (not all) products back for exchange (credit toward the purchase of another product) within 30 days after the date of original purchase. A 20% restocking/exchange fee may be applied.
Certain items cannot be exchanged. Before you ship the product, contact Knight Owl Survival Store to receive an RMA#, and to ensure the product is eligible for exchange for credit. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories and packaging material.
Shipping costs for exchanges is the same as shipping costs for warranty returns.
Order Cancellation / Order Changes:
If you wish to cancel or change an order that has already been placed, contact Knight Owl Survival Store as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to stop the order (or make the requested changes). However, if you do not contact us in time and we are unable to stop/change the order, then you are still responsible for the order.
Shipping Policy:
We make every attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on a given day will be processed and shipped that same day. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and will be shipped within 1-2 days after processing. Please contact us if your order needs priority handling, or expedited shipping.
